01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CAFÉ (Custom Adaptive Forms & Evaluations) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
02. Authorized Use
This platform is provided exclusively for the use of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) within the jurisdiction of CHED Regional Office V and other authorized stakeholders. Use of the platform for any unauthorized, illegal, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.
03. User Responsibilities
As a registered user, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of all data submitted.
- Notifying CHED RO V immediately of any security breaches.
04. Intellectual Property
The CAFÉ platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of CHED Regional Office V. Users may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the system without prior written consent.
05. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
